Ember Isle Puzzle

This is a two part puzzle. Upon entering the puzzle you will see four large blue orbs at the cardinal points (North,South,East,West) with eight smaller blue orbs (two between each of the large ones). You will also notice an arc of green orbs on the southeast quarter of the platform and every few clicks, one green orb vanishes. (This is your timer) Only the large orbs are clickable, and each does something different. Starting at the north orb we will label the smaller orbs clockwise: A1, A2, b1, b2, C1, C2, D1 and D2.
North - Rotates lighted orbs 1 position clockwise
East - Resets all to blue
South - Rotates lighted orbs 1 position counter-clockwise
West - Toggles A2, b2 and C2
This part of the puzzle can be solved pushing nothing but West and South. Just keep varying it back and forth until you see the right pattern. Stand in the middle and turn off your UI so you can see all four large orbs and your timer. When completed a Mysterious Plaque will appear in the center which will take you to the next part of the puzzle.
(Exact same appearance as the first platform, except the timer is the southwest arc. This platform is actually located in Forlorn Fen)

This part of the puzzle can be solved pushing nothing but North and East. Just keep varying it back and forth until you see the right pattern. Stand in the middle once again and turn off your UI so you can see all four large orbs and your timer.
When completed a treasure chest will appear in the center. Click it once to open and once to loot A Mossy Sack, which will contain your rewards, and earn the achievement Emerald Enigma.
A Mysterious Plaque on a pylon in the northeast will take you back to the ground safely.
